Description
This is a 1891 Treasury Note. That makes it one of the open back variety of notes with Civil War General Thomas on the front. The more expensive version is the 1890 with the ornate back. The signatures are Tillman and Morgan, which makes this a Fr 363. This note has been graded by PMG as Gem Uncirculated 66EPQ. A great note in a tough grade! You don't have to take my work for the grade of the note, you can trust PMG
