    An
    original "AUSTIN SEVEN PARTS LIST",
    Publication Number 1406A, Printed in England and dated
    July 1936,
    contains 65 pages,
    very well
    illustrated
    , 8" x 5 3/8".
    From the first page:
    "This List embodies alterations applying from Chassis No. 247800."
    and I assume is apropriate for up to chassis number 249700 as the parts book published as 1406B starts at chassis 249701.
    The front page also states:
    "Parts listed apply to types as follows:-
    Saloon with Car No. prefix      ... ARQ
    Cabriolet with Car No. prefix  ... AC
    Tourer with Car No. prefix      ... AAL
    Two Seater with Car No. prefix   APE"
    The book is used with the
    cover and staples removed and missing
    (with tear top left of first page) but otherwise it remains
    internally complete and in
    good condition,
    with little evidence of use apart from perhaps just an occasional pencil or pen note or correction.
    A scarce and potentially very useful publication for the Austin Seven enthusiast.
