Wow, what cool piece of U.S. history!! 158 year old miracle of survival. Considering how thin and fragile the paper is for this issue, it's amazing any examples still exist. This example shows only light circulation and has awesome eye appeal(see enlarged scans)
. Sharp edges and nice square corners. Hand signed, the signatures were not printed like most early U.S. notes! These notes were hand cut with scissors after printing, which explains why you rarely see any examples with perfect edges and centering. What a cool note to add to your holdings.
