    Description

    League Of American Wheelmen - Very Scarce Set Of 3 Consul's Certificates 1892, 1895, 1897. Two of them are for the Illinois Division in Jacksonville, Illinois and the third is for the South California Division in San Diego, California. The Consul's card for San Diego has some scarring where it was, apparently, removed from a scrapbook. All three are SIGNED in Ink by the Chief Consul for each specific year.
