Schwinn NOS Vintage Ding Dong Bell in Original Box # 01-005 *NOT WORKING*

*This bell is not currently working*. I sold it awhile back, it was working fine but when the buyer received it he told me it was not working. I refunded payment and when i got it back, the thin flat spring was not connected to the lever? Maybe one of you guy's know how to repair it, I have no clue how to fix it so am selling it as is. If you can fix it your getting an NOS bell at a great price. The last 2 pictures show the bell as it is now. Buyer pays .00 shipping, payment to be made within (3) days of auctions end.
